World Market Center Signs Italian Leather Seating To Lease Agreement

Expanding their growing roster of high-profile home furnishings industry tenants, officials with World Market Center announced they have signed leather powerhouse Italian Leather Seating to a lease agreement at the showroom complex being built in downtown Las Vegas. “We are excited to bring a company like Italian Leather Seating, with its broad customer base and international scope into the World Market Center families of companies,” said project General Manager Dave Palmer. From the Italian Leather Seating headquarters in Destin, Fla., President Dean Wilkerson comments “we are pleased to showcase our Calia and DeLuca divisions in the World Market Center where we will continue to present the Italian style, leathers and globally manufactured value the Italian Leather Seating customer expects from this exciting new venue in Las Vegas.” Phase One of the World Market Center will total 1.3 million square feet and will be a trade facility dedicated to all aspects of home furnishings, including furniture, bedding, decorative accessories, lighting and a first class Design Center.
