Houzz Introduces New Project Management Tools for Large Construction and Design Firms

Houzz Inc., a platform for home remodeling and design, has launched new tools within its Houzz Pro project management software. The tools are designed to help residential builders, remodelers, and designers manage multiple projects, improve team communication, and enhance collaboration across offices and job sites.

The new features include:

  • Monthly Digest: A report generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) that provides financial summaries, including payments, time, expenses, daily logs, and lead updates across all company projects. The feature helps business owners and administrators track progress and project status without manually reviewing each project.

  • Voice-Over-Notes: A tool that transcribes spoken commentary into daily logs and notes while professionals capture images and videos at the job site. Powered by Houzz Pro’s AI technology, AutoMate AI, this feature uses voice activation to organize project records.
