MLILY Expands U.S. Production and Enhances Retailer Support

MLILY USA has announced plans to expand its domestic production capabilities by adding pillow manufacturing in 2025. This initiative supports the company’s goal to provide retailers with a complete sleep system, complementing its existing range of bedding essentials, including pillows, sheet sets, comforters, and duvets.

The vertically integrated manufacturer also emphasized its ongoing focus on improving customer service and logistics, recognizing key team members who have contributed to these advancements.

Director of Operations Maher Nahas has overseen MLILY’s operations and logistics since 2020. His responsibilities include system implementations, process improvements for ordering and delivery, as well as inventory control and forecasting.

Jenny Christensen, director of customer service, joined MLILY in 2018. Initially hired in sales, Christensen transitioned into customer service leadership, where she has helped improve the company’s customer reviews to consistent ratings of 4.5 to 5 stars.
