Renowned designer and television host Jennifer Farrell has announced her latest project, the I.C.E. House (Interconnected Changeable Environments), a design showhome experience set in a historic property in the South of France. Located within a collection of stone farmhouses surrounded by vineyards, I.C.E. House will combine Farrell’s vision of adaptive, sustainable design with luxury elements and a globally-influenced aesthetic.
“Part of the story I want to tell at I.C.E. House is how the global culture of design is also personal and connected,” said Farrell. “Bringing the heritage of this ancient property in France into the future with adaptable, changing environments, and the finest of luxury design as the great connector in that global story—that’s what I.C.E. House is about, and what makes our breathtaking location the perfect place to tell that story.”
The I.C.E. House project will unfold as a two-year multimedia experience, culminating in 2026. The showhome will serve as a showcase for high-end, sustainable design and adaptable home environments intended to reflect the “home of tomorrow.” This project will feature luxury furnishings and materials from leading brands, including Farrell’s own collections for Global Views, a luxury brand with over 25 years in the industry. The collaboration will launch in summer 2025.
Farrell’s new project builds on her previous showhome, Calibu Vineyard, a Malibu estate that earned multiple design awards, including the ASID ANDYZ Award for Best Residential Design, and has been featured in publications like Luxe Magazine and Interiors California. With I.C.E. House, Farrell aims to push further, blending historic architectural features with modern, adaptable design and sustainable practices.
Industry professionals and design enthusiasts can subscribe for updates on I.C.E. House to gain exclusive access to room previews, product insights, and designer notes from Farrell. Subscribers will also be entered into a drawing for a destination package to attend the I.C.E. House VIP Reveal Party in 2026, set in the Bordeaux wine region of France, which will include travel, accommodations, and access to the reveal event.
