DutchCrafters, a retailer of Amish furniture (www.dutchcrafters.com) announce that  high performing employees have been recognized at a special staff awards ceremony.

Founder and CEO Jim Miller introduced the Mortise and Tenon Award at the 2022 awards celebration. The award recognizes employees who provide vital support and stability to the company’s success, often behind the scenes.

“Mortise and tenon joints, as most of you know, are hallmarks of high-quality craftsmanship. Builders install them for stability when crafting fine furniture. Just as that joinery’s support is critical for the elegant look and lasting functionality of beautiful heirloom furniture, our support staff work tirelessly to sustain stability in the overall construction of DutchCrafters.” Miller said as we announced Natalie Campos as a 2023 winner.

“Product Manager Natalie Campos not only meets these requirements, her expertise in DutchCrafters’ products, vendors, processes and culture is vast,” said Miller.

Natalie started with DutchCrafters as a rising star on the sales team in 2014. She rose to the top in all-time sales – a spot she held until just last year. She then moved into a sales coach position, sharing her knowledge to onboard new staff, demonstrating through training others, until now using her expertise in product management.

“Natalie’s current role in product management is critical to our vendor partnerships, all teams, and to the whole company,” added Miller. “The depth of her knowledge is an invaluable asset. So we congratulate Natalie Campos on her continued success, meaningful contributions and capturing the well-deserved honor of the 2023 Mortise and Tenon Award.”
