Myriad Software to Host 27th Annual User’s Conference

 Myriad Software announces it will be hosting its 27th Annual User’s Conference May 21-22, 2024, taking place on Coronado Island in San Diego. Under the theme “REGENERATE”, this year’s conference marks the first in-person meeting since before the pandemic.

The two-day event is an opportunity for Myriad Software customers to learn about new product updates, hear about customer service or operations updates and changes, meet Myriad personnel and network with other retail customers. This year’s event will also include keynote presenter Bill McLoughlin, editor-in-chief of FurnitureToday and Home Furnishings Editorial Director of BridgeTower Media.

“We’re so excited to bring this event back in person for the first time in four years,” said Carolyn Crowley, President of Myriad Software. “From our presentations and breakouts to training sessions and social activities, this will be a fun, information-filled event for attendees. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person again.”

For the keynote address, McLoughlin will present “To Infinity and Beyond: The Next Age of Furniture Retail is Already Underway,” which discusses how technology is redefining customer touchpoints and the path to purchase, and how the next generation of shoppers is redefining retail. Attendees will also have a chance to learn about the latest features launching for PointCentric, Myriad’s leading cloud-based retail management solution, including:

  • Inventory audits added to the models program
  • Sales order printouts condensed with service tax breakouts
  • Enhanced model search on the sales order line item
