Tip #7: During the SexySleep research study, Leggett & Platt learned that many consumers with memory foam intimacy/sex experience said that it could take up to 3-4 months of “getting used to” and once they did, it was great…for sleep. Some memory foam fans that also had “innerspring” mattresses elsewhere in the house used the innerspring mattress specifically for sex; some other owners avoided having sex on their memory foam beds altogether.
