Mattress Claim

We purchased an iComfort mattress from Mattress Firm in 2018. It is now December 2020 a little over 2 years from the date of purchase. The mattress was priced at over $2,000.00 and was purchased along with the sane brand foundation. We filed a claim because the mattress started sagging. Mattress firm denied the claim because they said it was still in compliance. A mattress that cost over $2,000.00 should not begin sagging in just two years. We are very unhappy with this company and will never buy another one of their products. We will be talking to our council to see what our next avenue of recourse will be. Regretfully but respectfully we are no longer a Mattress Firm customer. For life!! Wayne Sullivan. 843-509-3333.
