Ghostbed Opens 60-Person Customer Service Center at Florida Headquarters

GhostBed, online mattress retailer and manufacturer of boxed beds, has opened a new customer service center at its headquarters with 60 employees who are highly trained to respond to inquiries from its growing customer base. The 7,500-square-foot center is dedicated to responding quicker and more efficiently to its customers, including consumers who purchased products directly from GhostBed or through its retail partner base.

The new center, which is open 18 hours a day, seven days a week, has a trained team of mattress professionals who can help educate consumers on the best mattress for them, problem solve or direct shoppers to the nearest retail store to rest test a mattress before purchasing.

The center was needed to allow additional space for the company’s growing marketing, finance and operations departments at its existing corporate offices.
