Las Vegas Market Enriches Gift & Lifestyle Resources

Las Vegas Market announced recently that another 50+ nationally-known gift and lifestyle lines will debut in four new showrooms – Folkmanis, Golden Sales LLC, My House and Safari Ltd – and three expanding showrooms – Anne McGilvrary, Fine Lines and Keena – at the Winter 2017 Las Vegas Market, January 22-26, 2017.

“Las Vegas Market continues to enhance lifestyle and gift offerings with addition of new showrooms, expansions by key tenants and an influx of new lines,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “Many of these winter Market newcomers represent national brands showing for the first time in Las Vegas, making the nation’s fastest-growing gift market even more of a ‘must-see’ for buyers this winter.”

Golden Sales LLC, a Nevada-based multi-line sales agency for toys, hobbies, gifts, and novelties, will open a new 1,900-square-foot showrooms on C10. The company will bring 11 new lines to Las Vegas, including: Baberoo, Brain Storm, Eat 4 Fun, Itzy Ritzy, John N. Hansen Co., K & M International, Magnum Enterprises, North Shore Traders, RoomMates, Wild Republic and William Mark.

My House, a Los Angeles-based multi-line sales agency, will open a new 2,441-square-foot showroom on C6 this winter. The company’s 17 lines include: Alessaro Designs, American Vintage Designs, Born in a Barn, Chandler 4 Corners, Country Weekend, Crown Linen, Designs Combined, ESC, Figments Studio, Flert Fanciful Home Décor, Jeremie Corp., Junkgirls, Little Boot Peep, Moonlight and Roses, Moonlight and Roses Holiday, Round Top Americana and Vagabond Vintage.

Folkmanis and Safari Ltd, two major, award winning American-owned and family-operated manufacturers and global distributors, are opening a new shared showroom on C11. The combined space, totaling 1,113 square feet, will showcase Safari Ltd’s dinosaur toys, animal toys and educational toys, and Folkmanis’ plush puppets.

Fine Lines, a leading Los Angeles-based sales agency, is expanding its existing showroom on C10 by 35%, to showcase nearly 50 lines in a 17,400-square-foot presentation. A new 1,500-square-foot presentation by EightMood, with home décor designed in Sweden, will be among highlights of the expansion. Fine Lines also will debut six other new-to-Market lines in its expanded showroom space January: BIDK-formerly Barreveld International and DK Living, Hotsox, Marigold Artisans, Olivina for Men, Professor Puzzle and Stanley.

Dallas-based multi-line sales agency Anne McGilvray & Company also is expanding its current C10 showroom by 25%, to 19,400-square-feet, showcasing a total of nearly 80 lines, including several which – until now – had been represented exclusively in Los Angeles. Notable among Anne McGilvray’s books, paper, accessories, toy and home lines are: Anne Taintor, Blue Q, Bobino, Boston International, Curly Girl Designs, DCI, Design Ideas, Douglas Toys, Fred and Friends, GAMAGO, HarperCollins Publishers, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Klutz, Lifeguard Press, Moleskine, MoMA, Scholastic, Sterling Publishing, Up With Paper, Workman Publishing and Zoocchini.

Keena, a leading sales agency based in San Francisco, also will expand its current showroom to utilize nearly 6,000 square feet on C10 for the coming Market. The expansion will bring six new lines to the showroom – five of which are debuting in Las Vegas – including B’Livinn, Dot & Lil, Mer-Sea, OMY, S’ip by S’well and Tattly’. In total, Keena will present 35 brands in its Las Vegas showroom.
