I am in the process of opening a new furniture store in the Salt Lake City area. I am currently looking for vendors who can provide High Quality furniture with modern/contemporary design. If Ekornes is not completely locked up in Salt Lake then check them out. They have an excellent program , promotions, and retail support. You can do very well with the line. I have.

The best place to find vendors is the furniture markets - the biggest is Highpoint NC in April and October and then Vegas in July. These are huge shows to plan to stay a while and book well in advance. Its not all modern furniture but you will find good contemporary stuff if you look for it there. Hi Kyle- I am a rep in Florida, but have a line you should look at. It's a furniture line made of "woven water hyacinth", which aside from being a hot category right now, is also perfect for the mountains (as well as coastal)-It has a very natural element, but cool contemporary designs.
