survey of digitalization in the furniture industry

Hi I would like to conduct a survey on digitalization in the furniture industry, clients I serve from an IT account. So as to examine their needs. Mainly in terms of ERP or MES systems. I am not entirely familiar with your industry so perhaps you are able to indicate the questions that I should ask them in the survey? Activities/processes which they do manually/semi-manually which could be done automatically or send data to the system
