Dining Room Set with 2 leafs, 6 chairs, buffet table

My mother left me this Dining room set. Would like to find out more about this set. I remember my parents purchasing it around 1969/70/71.

This set is valuable to me because I grew up with it, but I am moving and only have room for either the hutch or the table.

Would like to know its value, if any.
