cushman coffee table

I have a coffee table that is a cushman colonial creation... it has a brass tag on the botton with numbers 5-14 and also has those numbers etched on the bottom... can anyone tell me more about this table please??? I bought it years ago at a boy scout yard sale and would love to know more about it... it does not have drop leaf sides... thank you for anyhelp
