Crow 2167 Pub table and chairs

I purchased a counter-height table and 6 chairs from a furniture store in Houston that has since closed.  The receipt states it is from the Crow 2167 collection and I was told it was made by Ashley furniture even though I bought it from a different store.  The collection was discontinued.  All I need to know is whether it is solid wood or not.  I am trying to sell and buyers want to know.
