Wanted - Table from the old Broyhill Crosspoint Table Collection

Back in 2004 I purchased a sofa table, oval end table, and oval cocktail table from the Broyhill Crosspoint table collection - I am trying to locate either another oval end table from this collection or specifically the octagonal lamp table from this collection - Does anyone know where I could locate either of these?

These are light wood, ash colored pieces with glass tops and a rope twist design around the edges of the tables.
